    Hi Tom,
Thanks for your great message. So glad you loved EXIT 43 so much. I loved writing it! Let me know how you get on with GRAVENHUNGER.

  6. Hannah says:

Perhaps you can link Gravenhunger and Exit 43 together, to create a book where Phoenix discovers an exit?

  7. harriet43 says:

    Hi again Hannah,
I think if I suggested that to my editor, she might go a funny colour and keel over! But it’s a brilliant thought!

  8. Megan says:

    Hi Harriet,

I won the prize for a book review in the East Sussex Schools Book Club this week! I did my review about your book, The Boy Who Fell Down Exit 43, and I thought it was brilliant! It was amazing and I couldn’t put it down! My prize was your other book, Gravenhunger, which was signed. I have just finished reading it and it is so gripping. I think both your books are superb – it would be so amazing if you could write a sequel to Exit 43!

    Megan

PS All my friends loved your book too!

  9. harriet43 says:

    Hi Megan,
That’s wonderful to hear! Do you go to one of the schools I visited when I was down in East Sussex in March? If you want a sequel to Exit 43 you’ll have to ask my publisher (contact them via the email address on the Contact Details page of this website). You never know, if enough people get in touch with them, they might just ask me to write another EXIT book. (I have plenty of great ideas up my sleeve for one).

    Hi Harriet,
No you didn’t visit my school in March – we had another author come and visit us though, but I didn’t think his books were as good as yours! I will contact your publisher – I loved Exit 43! What will you call the sequel, if you write one?

    Hi Megan,
That’s very sweet of you! Perhaps I’ll still get a chance to visit your school one day. Not sure what I would call an EXIT sequel: I’ll have to think about that one.
